Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix to coat chicken in the spices.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened.
Stir in the lime juice and cilantro. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve chicken and vegetables in warm tortillas.
