Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup diced watermelon
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the pork until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced watermelon and cook for an additional minute.
- To assemble the wraps, spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the pork mixture onto a lettuce leaf. Roll up the leaf and enjoy!
