Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
