Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and allow to cool.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, blue cheese, milk, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and parsley until smooth.
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix until all the potatoes are well-coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
