In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and salt. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the pecans over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
