Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup beer
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the potatoes, sausage, and onion and cook until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
  3. Add the beer and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with a side of your favorite vegetables.
