Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup beer
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the potatoes, sausage, and onion and cook until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
- Add the beer and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
- Serve hot with a side of your favorite vegetables.
