Ingredients
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup of beer
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and mix until the chicken is coated with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken with your favorite sides.
Interesting Facts
Beer and soy sauce are both excellent sources of umami flavor.
Using a combination of spices in the marinade helps to enhance the flavor of the chicken.
Marinating the chicken for a longer period of time will result in a more flavorful and tender chicken.
