Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the beef cubes and stir to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Oil the grates of the grill and place the beef cubes onto the grill.
  6. Cook the beef cubes for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately.
