Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed banana, milk, oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
