Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped strawberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed banana, milk, oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in chopped strawberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
