Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (14-ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapenos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread out the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the ground beef over the tortilla chips.
- Top with the shredded cheese and diced jalapenos.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
