Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (14-ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spread out the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the ground beef over the tortilla chips.
  6. Top with the shredded cheese and diced jalapenos.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
