Ingredients

Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
- Place the rib-eye steaks in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steaks.
- Seal the bag and turn to coat the steaks with the marinade.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steaks over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
