Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of dark rum
  • 1 cup of finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  2. Stir in the rum, graham crackers, butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat in cocoa powder.
  6. Enjoy!
