Ingredients
- 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil and brush the mustard mixture on both sides of the fish.
- Place the aluminum foil on the preheated grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
- Serve the salmon with your favorite sides and enjoy!
