Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the lined baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture over the top of the salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately.
