Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillet on the lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the top of the salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
