Interesting Facts
Portobello mushrooms are a type of cremini mushroom, and have a meaty texture that makes them a great vegan and vegetarian alternative to meat.
White wine adds a subtle sweetness to the dish, and helps to bring out the natural umami flavor of the mushrooms.
Rosemary adds a woodsy, herbal flavor to the sauce.
