- 2 medium kohlrabi, cut into thin noodles

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add the kohlrabi noodles and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth and stir to combine.
