Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mixture is combined but still chunky.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in flour. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place falafel on prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce and fresh vegetables.
