Ingredients
1 cup of apricot jam
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour eight 4-ounce (125 mL) ramekins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
