Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 can (4-5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion

- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Scoop out the avocado flesh, leaving a thin layer on the skin. Place the avocado halves in a shallow bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the tuna mixture between the four avocado halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
