Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add in cold butter cubes and use a fork or pastry cutter to mix it into the dry ingredients until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Add in cheddar cheese, cooked broccoli, and almond milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Using your hands, shape the dough into 8 small balls and place on the greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and enjoy!
