Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon of fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup of ice water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, sage, fennel seed, black pepper, and kosher salt.
  2. Add the ice water and mix until everything is evenly combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky.
  3. Form the mixture into sausage shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or until the chicken sausage is cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
