Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, wild rice, butter, flour, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
