Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Salmon fillets
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. crushed firecrackers
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the molasses, garlic powder, ground ginger, and crushed firecrackers.
Brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish. Spread the molasses mixture over the top of the salmon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
