- 2 lbs chicken pieces (legs, thighs, or a whole chicken cut into pieces)

- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
