Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the potatoes in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
