Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup peri-peri sauce
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine and evenly coat potatoes.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once potatoes are golden and crispy, remove from air fryer and transfer to a serving platter.
- Drizzle with peri-peri sauce and serve.
