Ingredients

  • 1 pound of your favorite short cut pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add the white wine, chicken broth, and pasta. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the fresh herbs and frozen peas. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
