Ingredients
1 pound of your favorite short cut pasta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for another minute.
Add the white wine, chicken broth, and pasta. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the fresh herbs and frozen peas. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
