Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a slow-cooker, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, melted butter, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Serve warm.
