Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the mahi mahi fillets in the air-fryer basket and brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the fillets.
  4. Cook in the air-fryer for 8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
