Ingredients
2 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat air-fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Place the mahi mahi fillets in the air-fryer basket and brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the fillets.
Cook in the air-fryer for 8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
