Ingredients
- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the mahi mahi fillets in the air-fryer basket and brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the fillets.
- Cook in the air-fryer for 8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
