Ingredients

  • 1 pound corned beef, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large potato, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced corned beef, olive oil, onion, garlic, potato, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Add the mixture to the air-fryer and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
