Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the slices over and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
