Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add bell pepper, paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and clam juice and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cod, shrimp, and mussels. Simmer until the mussels have opened and the fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with crusty bread.
