Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and carrots and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
