Ingredients
1 pound of beef stew meat
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 beets, peeled and diced
2 stalks of celery, diced

Directions

Add the potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, paprika, caraway seeds, and dill. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
