Preheat air-fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Place one tortilla in the air-fryer. Cook for 3 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Remove from air-fryer and repeat with remaining tortillas.
Place equal amounts of blueberry mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the other side over the filling. Secure the edges with a toothpick, if desired.
Brush each chimichanga with melted butter.
Place chimichangas in the air-fryer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Serve warm.
