Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, sesame oil, tamari, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, and mix until all the florets are evenly coated in the marinade.
- Transfer the florets to the air fryer basket, being sure to spread them out in one even layer.
- Cook the florets for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the florets from the air fryer and serve warm.
