Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef (sirloin, flank, or tri-tip)
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
Directions
- Cut the beef into thin strips, 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Place the strips in a shallow dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Pour the marinade over the beef strips and mix until each piece is coated evenly.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer oven to 400°F.
- Lay the beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer oven basket.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through.
- Remove the beef jerky from the air fryer oven and let cool.
