- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and blueberries.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the sesame seeds.
- Optional: Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the mixture.
