Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and blueberries.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the sesame seeds.
  6. Optional: Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the mixture.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
