Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Stilton cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture evenly over the flank steak and place on the grill.
  4. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the steak has reached desired doneness.
  5. Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice steak against the grain and top with red grapes and Stilton cheese.
