Directions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the flank steak and place on the grill.
- Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the steak has reached desired doneness.
