Ingredients
1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of the sugar and the eggs until light and fluffy.
Stir in the cream and vanilla extract until combined.
Spread the sliced strawberries in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the strawberries.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar over the top of the pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Allow to cool before serving.
