Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of the sugar and the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- Spread the sliced strawberries in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the strawberries.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar over the top of the pie.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
