Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
