This chive and bacon potato salad is a perfect side dish for any summer BBQ or picnic. The creamy dressing, fresh chives, and crispy bacon bits add a burst of flavor to the traditional potato salad. It's easy to make and sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
