Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 package (10-count) refrigerated pizza dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Drain fat, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together zucchini, onion, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add to sausage, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Spread pizza sauce over each pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each pizza, and top with sausage and zucchini mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, and top with basil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
