Ingredients
- 2 cups couscous

- 3 cups chicken broth
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and carrots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add couscous and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
