  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cashews and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
  3. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper, and cook for 1 minute more.
