Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Salt, to taste
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the ginger, curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, and nutmeg and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, broth, chickpeas, potatoes, and peas and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the cilantro and season to taste with salt.
Serve hot and enjoy!
