Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
1/4 cup sake (rice wine)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and broccoli, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro, and serve.
