Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of kefir
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Put banana, frozen strawberries and blueberries in a blender.
  2. Add kefir and honey into the blender.
  3. Blend the ingredients for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
