- 1 cup beer
- 1 large jar dill pickles, drained and sliced

Directions
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beer and whisk until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375 degrees F.
- Dip the pickles in the batter and carefully add to the hot oil.
- Fry for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
