Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup beer
1 large jar dill pickles, drained and sliced
Canola oil for frying
Directions
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the beer and whisk until smooth.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375 degrees F.
