Ingredients
2 steaks of your choice
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 shallot, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add the butter to the skillet and stir to combine. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
